[New-imc] moderation

hi I agree this should be discuss in the list, although reading the
emails etc, I am ok with having bart as moderator..

oi eu concordo que isso deve ser discutido na lista, mas lendo os emails
etc, eu dou ok em ter o bart como moderador.
