By the way, I am glad that interacting with the global site is one of
the first things that you guys did as a new imc! I was wondering, is
orienting people to the global features process part of the new imc
process? i have not been involved in the new imc process but it occurs
to me that it would be good to make sure that upon becoming part of the
network groups are encouraged to liaison actively with the global site.

Thanks for the suggestion, it's a great idea and I'm forwarding the 
letter to the new-imc list.

The truth is that our procedures for integrating new groups into the 
global procedures are very poor; any step that might improve on that 
would be excellent.
