i think this is a very good idea, and also that it is generally very
good direction for Indymedia to go transnational as opposed to
international and make Indymedias that strech over countries or
between countries like estrecho.indymedia.org.

i cannot really help you in a practical way i think but if you
describe what kind of support you need i am sure we can find out how
to solve the problems. :)

a question asking for clarification: you are saying that activists of
russia-based indys remove pro-Carpatia articles because they fear
repression? so they are censoring material not because of their
editorial guidelines but because of fear of repression?
