[New-imc] Clarification Venezuela-centro

New-imc Hello,

I launched a deadline application of IMC Venezuela-Central after the  
request for esteban, their liason.

I don't know more of their process  (I am not the "sponsor"), but  
Boud knows the collective better and it seems to answer the Pou and  
Membership Criteria

There are problems between the two collectives in Venezuela, which  
owe fixed locally, or on the list communication. I did not read  
"blocks formal" in the last emalls sent following the Deadline  
Application ( the term "blocks" must be written in the subject mall,  
ex: Re: [ New-imc ] * BLOK * APPLICATION DEADLINE imc Venezuela- 
Centro 5 Jan 1pm GMT ). Personaly,

I propose to remake a Deadline application to be sure that everyone  
agrees which the Venezuela-Centro collective answers the criteria of  
the network indymedia (the work that New-imc is delegate). The  
"legitimacy" of de IMC venezuela-Centro will be discussed on Imc- 
Process or Imc communication ?

J'ai lancé une application deadline de IMC Venezuela-Centro après la

Je n'ai pas suivi leur processus de contruction de près (je ne suis  
pas le "parrain"), mais Boud connaît mieux le collectif et il semble  
répondre aux POU et aux critères d'adhésion.

Il existe des problèmes entre les deux collectifs au venezuela, qui  
doivent se règler localement, ou sur la liste communication. Je n'ai  
pas lu de "bloque formel" dans les derniers mails envoyés suite à  
l'Application Deadline (pour rappel, le terme "bloque" doit être  
écrit dans le subject du mail, ex:
Re: [New-imc] *BLOK* APPLICATION DEADLINE imc Venezuela-Centro 5 Jan  
1pm GMT

Je propose de refaire une application Deadline pour être sûr que tout  
le monde est d'accord que le collectif Venezuela-Centro répond aux  
critères du réseau indymedia (seul boulot pour lequel New-imc est  
mandaté). La "légitimité" de IMC venezuela-Centro sera discutée sur  
Imc-Process ou Imc communication.
