hello New-imc, Cmi Venezuela-Centro,

This second 'Application Deadline' is passed. Nobody does not  
contradict the operating mode of CMI Venezuela-Centro. However, the  
CMI Venezuela disputes this process because it would be the result of  
a conflict  between them and Venezuela-Centro.

Personaly, i think that New-imc is not entitled to resolve this type  
of conflict.

The CMI Venezuela-Centro process is forwarded to Imc_process by  
specifying these importants facts.
