Ok! I know this man, and i was helping him with teh. part of site, and  
consualt him about IMC policy.
I'll guide YUG (in russian it means "south"=)

Should i mail and talk exactly to him, or use this subscription?

So, i have to do all that you (Boud) did for IMC-Piter collective (can  
i use that expirience as guiding plan), yes?

Sorry for stupid questions, but i'm a new-one as imc-helper, so i have
