[New-imc] Setting up Indymedia in Singapore

Hi Smush / Jong,

I hope we have not missed your window of free time. We have been so bogged down with other activities of late.

We just uploaded our mission statement and draft editorial policy onto the docs Wiki. You can find them here:

Refinements to the editorial policy is still being worked on as we sort
out the finer details of the collective, but the essentials are already
covered.

The mailing list for our editorial collective have already been setup at
imc-sg-editorial at lists.indymedia.org. We've made it private
for the time being due to security considerations. We hope to open up participation in time as we test the waters.

Please let us know how we can proceed to get the chapter approved.

i can help. however, not right now. i can start communicating with the
singapore group in around 10 days and will have 2 weeks time then. after
that i will probably not have a lot of time online but still some.

if there are other people with more time - please go ahead and assist our
comrades in singapore. if the singapore is keen to have me as their
new-imc helper, let me know.
