[New-imc] Setting up Indymedia in Singapore

Hi all,

WOW. I've just started reading this list again - So fantastic that
there'll be an IMC Singapore!! Great work everyone :)

I've been following Singapore's politics for a while, and visiting over
the years - I'd love to help out if needed/

I'm also passing through Singapore early next year.
