[New-imc] new imc application for imc-northern

hi :-).

I.ve tried couple of times to submit our new-imc form with the online
submission thing that is hosted on the docs.indymedia.org server. For
whatever reason it doesn't seem to be getting through to this list :-(
maybe with the switch to https only on that server it has affated the way
it is submitted [though i'm only speculating].

As we are on quite a limited timescale if we are to launch as hoped on 1st
august, when we have a big event we have been asked to provide a media
facility for up here in leeds [uk], and though i know it's not the way
things are normally done, is there any chance maybe you would accept the
copy of our finished imc form that is in the featured content at
https://we.riseup.net/imc-northern?

Our new editorial guidelines and mission statement are up there too in our
public content.

The only fields that are missing are the supporting groups and naturally
we couldn't tick one for focus, we have a regional focus as opposed to an
issue or event focus.

As for supporting groups, we have received many letters and kind words of
support from groups across our region and beyond, but mainly the groups
that we ourselves are active in have a clear need for an open and
independent news platform and the community hub we are hoping to build and
support us fully. These include the common place, the 1 in 12 club, the
treehouse collective, footprint workers coop, tcp it collective and many
more.
