[New-imc] Proposal: use of list

Hi

There's been a flurry of emails to this list in the last few days which I imagine could be very offputting for volunteers to this working group, and also quite distracting for those trying to work.

This is all pretty much tied in to one ongoing application. It's my understanding that this group has a liaison who has joined this list, I therefore propose the following:

* that all subscribers who are not actively part of this working group are unsubscribed

* that all members of collectives going through the new imc process with or without a liaison are unsubscribed, and that all communication in both directions is made through that person when they have made themselves available.

* that efforts are made to find a liaison ASAP for those applicants currently without one.

It's really hard to discuss applications on this list in the current environment, as old conflicts that most people here either have no knowledge of, or simply don't have time for are spilling over.

I'm making this proposal with a 48 hour deadline for active support or objections.
