[New-imc] Proposal: use of list

I just sent this letter (below) to Leil-Zahra and Lobna, who are working 
to create the imc-Cairo group, and to Kami, who is their liaison with 
the new-imc group.

Leil,

I'm sorry to see you go but I respect your decision.

I'm also concerned about transparency. Is there some other list where 
the discussions will be going on in relation to the preparation for 
imc-Cairo? The discussions between the new-imc liaison and the candidate 
group should be (for the most part) available, archived somewhere. Those 
discussions should not be left in the private sphere.

In the past we solved this by having the discussion on the email list of 
the candidate group. Is there one?
