[New-imc] [Imc-communication] new-imc list admin

Hi,

I'm kami from IMC Nantes. I'm not sure actually where I should have sent
this mail, so I'm trying this two lists.

I'm trying since 3 weeks to subscribe to new-imc, and had yet no answers.
I did send my presentation to the list, and did my subscrition request,
but nothing hapened yet. I contacted the administrators of this list,
listed on the bottom of it's mailman information page, and since then am
waiting for an answer. One of the admin of this list is unreachable, due
to his/her mailbox being over quota.

Does anyone have an idea if this list is still moderatd, of if it's
lacking of administrators? If so, I propose myself to help.
