[Oscailt] Bug in creating editor roles when description/name not filled in.

  The other day, when playing around with Oscailt 3.00 (latest version), I noticed a small bug when creating editor roles. 
   
  I started creating an editor role, but forgot to fill in a description. It gave me an warning, so I cancelled. But later on, I noticed the role got created anyhow with nothing filled in for the description (or was it the name ???)
