Hi There,

I had a look at your website and noticed a couple of things

1.  Most importantly, you do not have .htaccess installed.  There is 
some new information on how to do this at: 
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Devel/OscailtAdminInstall
If you install it, it will get rid of the annoying //' slashes before 
quotes and it will allow you to use the search engine friendly URLs such 
as /publicar

2. To get rid of the immediate problem with the publish page, go to the 
edit friendly url page (editredirects.php) and delete the entry for 
publicar (it will be listed under the primary redirect column).  This 
will make the publish page work again although a better outcome would be 
to install .htaccess and enable the use of friendly urls.

3. I like the site by the way!  If you need any more help in setting it 
up, you can give me a username and password and I will log in and fix a 
few things.
