[Oscailt] Problems with Oscailt+Windows

Hi indyans
I'm spleen from Italy. Firstly sorry for my english, but i must
communicate with you.
As you sure know italy.indymedia.org is down since December and every
local imc, that composed the old national imc, now is going to come back
to life.

I'm from Abruzzo and I'm contributing to Imc_Abruzzo and we are testing
Oscailt and its quality. But i have a problem, indeed 2 problems:

I'm trying to install Oscailt [in localhost] on my Windows XP (I know,
this is my biggest problem), but i can't get the installation starts:

[I'm using Windows+APACHE+MySQL+PHP]

- - the memory_limit on my php settings is: 128M
- - i've been edited /config/dbconig.php with my own settings;
- - i'm trying to load install.php in my web browser, but there is this
error [attachment_1] [if i load it in a way like this:
file:///C:/www/oscailt/html/install.php]
- - but if i load it in a way like this
[http://localhost/oscailt/install.php] there is a white page
- - even the index.php page has got some error [attachment_2]: it seems
that php language
don't do right...

Can I have install Oscailt in a Windows PC...is there some settings that
i must edit?
