[Oscailt] Latest Comments Patch

I've made show_comment_content an option on the latest comments page, and
hooked it into the latest_comments module so that the default settings and
display text can be edited.  I've not hooked into user_preferences - this
looks a bit like overkill to me, but it could be done.  I've made a patch
against the CVS version - attached.

I've never done a patch before, so be carefull with this, but it looks ok to
me.

Terrence - where are we in terms of the CVS version - I have it running but
with errors, I think maybee the database schema may need sopme extra fields
adding.

Any chance you can try this patch and try integrating into CVS for me?

If this works I'd like to see about getting CVS access to contribure minor
changes and adding comments for the phpdoc's.

I have an account miketonks on sourceforge already.
