[Oscailt] Updated Latest Comments page - added comment text

The existing functions for show_all_comments and show_comment_titles seems
fine for this, just need to add the comment text.

I guess we need another field / function to record which ones have been
'approved' / 'vetted' as per Tom's suggestion.  I guess it would be easiest
to append a yes/no field to the end of the comments table and simply set all
existing comments to yes, default to no, then create a bunch of tick boxes
or a 'mark all as read' button at the end of the page (editors only).
