When I try to upgrade to oscailt 3.1 , i have encountered problem with
admin login, more specifically: oscailt No holds logged users, and when I
try to access any section of administration module, oscailt sends an error
message: Acces denied you must be logged.
if someone could help me to update the old version to 3.1, we would be
very grateful
