[Oscailt] Oscailt Digest, Vol 30, Issue 6

Hi!

I want to upgrade our oscailt 3.0 installation, but i´m not an expert, and
i have put phpmyadmin in our webserver but im not sure wath i doing.
Anybody can help me? Chekov do you remember wath are you do the last time?
