[Oscailt] First release of Oscailt embedded flash audio player

The first release of the Oscailt embedded flash audio player has been released.

This is a branch of the Fabricio Zuardi XSPF embedded flash audio player but with a few useful modifications namely the ability to slide the play button forward and to control the colors for the loading progress bar and play progress bar.

Regrettably this requires Adobe CS4 or later to modify the resource file, but as far as I know, there are freebie tools available if you just want to edit the ActionScript text file without modifying the main resource file and to do a rebuild.

The purpose of this release was to provide a viable solution for dealing with audio via Oscailt. As of Oscailt 3.3, it can generate the correct embedded HTML for this player. Ideally ogg support should be the primary choice but given the popularity of mp3, it is important to support it.

This code was in fact updated last year, and some people may have already got a copy of it then from me.

As mentioned in previous emails, the pending Oscailt 3.4 release is still in the pipeline but a lot closer now.
