[Payment-discuss] sending an update to imc-communication

regarding the pt translation it is on the docs...
i not sure where the page was otherwise i would look on google's cache..
anyone remember the topic or something i twas payment-discussion? 
i think we need for sure coordinate the distribution of the consulta to
make sure all imcs got it..maybe this can be done on this list by ppl
letting the other know where they will be sending it to...but i believe
we must make sure all imc's are recieving it, and if possible on the
original languague.
it isnt a big deal, we can contac imc's to help on the translation work,
specially the www translations groups. 
i like the letter to imc communication but also we are slow cuz docs has
been down for a while and this could be one of the reasons we dont have
the other translations as well...
talking bout docs, where we will put the results of it? maybe we should
ask the imcs to send the answers for the consulta back to this list and
as soon as docs is up again we can pass it all to it..or somethign,
