[Satya-tech] replacing satya

so an idea has arisen to replace the aging satya and karl servers with
something a bit more modern---and one capable of running virtual
servers, so that we don't have everybody's dependcies getting in the
way of everyone else's.  this also opens up the possibility of
distributing root access in a much more participatory way.  the new
server will continue to live in its existing colocated home.

if you're interested in either contributing knowledge and expertise to
the construction of the replacement (we are probably going to
piggyback off the research done here:
https://we.riseup.net/riseup+colo/november-servers), the configuration
of a virtualized server environment, or want to help fund the purchase
of all the components (we need to raise something like $1500 USD
total, but a good chunk of that is already possible based on some
initial conversations), please let us know!
