[Seattletech] Bellingham tech problems

Hello,

I'm Ethan from the (soon to be) Bellingham Independent Media Center. We are 
having difficulties getting our website ready for admission into the global 
network because we don't have enough experience dealing with the MIR 
codebase. The main problem we face is the inability to post images on the 
website. We can post text, audio files, but images don't work. There are 
other problems as well. After we get these things figured out, we will 
switch to a local server and become part of the network. The current website
