Hey Seattle IMC,

I've been working on the Oly IMC site for a few months now and I'd like
to help out the Seattle IMC. I'm the main webmaster for
Colorado.Indymedia.org as well.

I have lots of experience with Drupal. It looks like you're using Mir
which is pretty much unmaintained at this point. The Indymedia movement
is moving towards Drupal as a defacto standard. I can help you move your
site over to Drupal.

Some features I think would be cool would be regions like
seattle.indymedia.org/seattle or seattle.indymedia.org/olympia. Each of
these would have their own RSS feed and newswire.

I'd also like to see more democratic front-page promotion tools, like
allowing users to vote on newswire stories. We could have it so that
stories with x number of votes automatically make it to the front page.
Editors would still be able to delete/promote stories.

A new look would be cool too, maybe some more colour.

I'm sure you all have some improvements you'd like to see as well.
