Both sound good to me--I really like the account from New Orleans Ali sent
out. Would it be possible to draw some parallels between the relief
responses in NO and South/Southeast Asia? Could be interesting and make the
tsunami part more time relevant (even if the parallels are just how fucked
up they both were/are and trying to understand why).
