I think this is great, thanks Mesha!

We still haven't solved the question of how to pay rent each month.  Is
ECR going to pay 1/2 the rent, and we (IMC) pay the other half?  Do we
(already) split the phone bill and what portion of the dsl does ECR pay? 
These things will be documented in our financial reports, right?

Is there really room in there for the IMC stuff from the other office? 
When we email the ECR list to tell people that we are going to table and
need to get into the office on a certain day, will our posts to that list
get approved in a timely fashion?  etc  Is the suite's money situation
stable, after what happened before with the money that we had used to pay
rent that wasn't ours?  (ie, did we pay back what we owed)

I think that if the suite can't find another tenant in the 30 days or
whatever, we should pay the rent on that office.
