indymedia wanted to pay $7,500 to put programming on the giant 
screen at union square.  apparently this is a $25,000 discount 
from what they are charging their corporate advertisers.  also 
today this person called from "the corporation"..

WHAT IS A DVD HOUSE PARTY?

A DVD House Party is an event that takes place in someone¹s home (or similar
space) where friends & neighbours can watch the Corporation DVD & discuss
the issues. Party hosts will be able to purchase DVDs at a special wholesale
rate (under $20) and are encouraged to send their guests home with a copy of
the film. 
*in order to receive this special rate, you must register your party on or
before April 30th.

THE CORPORATION RETHINK DEBATE

Saturday May 7th is the official DEBATE THE CORPORATION DAY. At 10PM EST/
7PM PST visit http://www.TheCorporation.com/DEBATE to view an online debate
on whether we should REWRITE, REGULATE or REFORM the corporation. A special
guest will be representing each of these 3R's & the debate will be moderated
by co-director, Mark Achbar, appearing in his corporation logo-man attire.
Party-goers will be invited to chat & cast their vote on which R they
support most. 

Although you can schedule your event on the date of your choice we encourage
you to organize your house party on May 7th so you & your guests can take
part in this debate together.

HOW TO HOST A DVD HOUSE PARTY

Hosting a DVD House Party is easy & fun! You will need to register your
event, purchase a DVD House Party Kit & invite your friends. Parties can be
small (invite 4 or 5 friends over to watch the film in your livingroom) or
you can choose to throw a huge corporate bash.
