hey, all -
thanks for the invite to the indybay retreat...
unfortunately, it kind of sucks that there wasn't more advanced notice. 
it sounds like the internal indybay collective wants people to be there. 
a thought for future planning: if you truly want to be inclusive and
involve people in discussions and retreats, it would help to let them at
least know the date way in advance, especially for those that have jobs
and need to plan around work schedules.  i know that there have been
sporadic updates that a retreat was being planned, but I haven't seen any
info on these lists about confirmed dates or times prior to this, and it
sounds like people have known about it for awhile now...
anyhow... just a thought, but one that I think goes a long way towards
fostering communication and showing an appreciation for people's busy
lives, especially those who have expressed an interest in getting
involved, but have not felt able to, for whatever reason.
