[Sfbay-video] video pages on Indybay proposal

these pages could be linked from the left column.  we could add 
a video link kinda like we have nice graphical links for the 
calendar, ecr and fault lines.  each page could be either a 
newswire post (if u want to allow comments) or feature page (if 
you don't want comments).

all we have now is a "Make Media" page linked from the left 
column which i put together years ago.

was useful at the time but is sort of obsolete by now.

ideally whoever wants to maintain the video pages should bring 
the proposal to an indybay website meeting and get access to the 
site -- see meeting schedule at

it would be possible to maintain the video pages without site 
access by emailing requests to the website group.  but i think 
having access is generally preferred.
