[Sfbay-video] QuickTime 7 encoding for upload to Indybay

Hi all,

I'm new to QuickTime and have just finished a 35 min video I want to upload
to Indybay.  I did a QT 6 for 256k broadband direct from my video editor
(vegas 6.0).  This was poor quality and 68MB.

I have quicktime 7 pro now and want suggestions for what settings to use to
encode this to look good and be under 50 MB.

I expect I'll spend another $20 at the applestore so I can make the upload
file from the MPEG-2 I made for DVD authoring.
