[Sfbay-video] 5 min video on yesterday's rally & hunger strikers is done...but i can't upload it!

i recently exported a video from imovie, and this gave me good results:

File menu -> Export
choose QuickTime
choose Compress Movie for Expert Settings
click Share
Export: Movie to MPEG-4
Use: Broadband - High
Save

This gives you a total data rate of 672 kbps, or 24.6 MB for a 5 minute video.
