[SoS] "Wide character in print" bug in GetSpam.pl

Hi,

I don't really understand how to fix this, but there seems to be a bug
in the Getspam.pl script in that two differently encoded strings are
concatenated incorrectly:

It's a bit over my head, though...

Would be great if someone else ;-) could take on it so we can get rid of
these messages and whatever other issues (spam not being learnt maybe?)
