Hi,

at the moment, otrs auto responses are sent with a from:
otrs at sos.indymedia.org header, regardless of which queue the original
mail was sent to. we could configure otrs to send autoresponses with the
addresses of the queues (such as listwork at sos.i.o). that would be some
configuration in the admin interface, i could do that. i think that
would be more comprehensible for the users.
