[Translation] tool form changes

hi,

i'd like to propose a change in the form for entering new translations. 
at the moment the field to enter descriptions asks for origin of 
article, author, date of publication and what should happen with the 
translation (in the english, not in the german version :)). i'll paste 
the current versions in the end of the email.

i have this impression that even before we are/the translationtool is 
well established in the indymedia world, others start to recognize it as 
a cheap tool for any kind of translations. of course we can simply hide 
these requests.

but i'd like to also make clear in the form which kinds of requests we 
prefer. and ask everyone  very clearly to please state why they want the 
translation - add what kind of relation the text has to indymedia and 
what they plan to do with the translation. the latter in addition to 
what the translator should do with the translation. preferably add that 
this is *not* optional.

myself i like to know these things when i consider translating something.

whst do you think? if no one objects or adds any ideas i'll change it in 
maybe a week or so?
