[Translation] trnascripts and translations of radical video

Hi,

We are a loose network of video collectives in London and have been
meeting and doing workshops on subtitling and translations recently. We
thought it would be good to have a central place for transcripts and
translations for radical film content to be posted and worked on
collectively.

We haven't found an existing system as such that does this (althought
there are little bits and pieces around), so we wondered whether there
could be a subsection of the indymedia translation tool to fulfil this
task.

Unlike the indymedia translation tool, it would need to archive
translations and the generated subtitle files for people to find and
download to apply to the relevent film (which they would download from
elsewhere).

Is there any chance this could happen using the indymedia translation tool?
What would the process be?
