[Translation] don't forget articles for revision

Hi,

Kh. asks for more attention to translations "for revision"  and
proposes a hint at a prominent place for native speakers to look over
revisions and/or to change the "for revision" icon so that it raises
more attention. He asks, if it's possible to give "for revision"
articles a higher ranking.

My opinion: I also see the necessity to make sure that partly done
translations get finished (here: revised) and posted. Solutions should
be easy for translations to a single language:
- - - The icon could be redesigned (easy),
- - - a hint for native speakers (we are all native speakers is writen
quickly and can point with a simple link to all artciles that need
revision (easy).
- - - Not so easy is to give these articles a higher ranking: since the
default sort order of all articles is the date of posting and I would
like to keep this. But he "for revision" icon  gives you this function
already.

A little problem are the translations to more than one language, where
some languages are "done", others are "for revision" and the whole
bundle is kept as "todo", so that you won't find them with the "for
revision" icon. In this case you can find them with the search form on
the left column by typing "rev*" in the topic/language field. This
query could also be a simple link given in a hint gor "native speakers"..
