[Translation] hacking on a translations system...

hi!

yes i know dotsub but it's a specialised tool for video subtitling. the  
next version of translations.indymedia is under development, but they  
apparently don't have a very good dynamic so it would be good if a coder  
would join the dev.team.. :)

i don't know if azul wants to code but i personally already have too many  
projects and little knowledge so i wouldn't like to code anything new i am  
just thinking about the possibility of doing PGA translations on  
translations.indymedia (old or new).
