[Translation] hacking on a translations system...

Hi,
this is dongwon from seoul, S.Korea, am a volunteer activist in Media
Culture Action against neo-liberal globalization and FTA in particular
recently(http://gomediaction.net/).

i'm not sure that it's proper to address what i'm seeking for.
i think there are more and more needs for (open source software)
translation tool for web-based indy/indie media(video) subtitling as well.
i try to find out the indy/indie version of dotsub at
http://www.dotsub.com <http://www.dotsub.com/>, as you may already see it.
i'm wondering if it already exists. if not, i'll be very happy to hear
from you about any info on development project of such open source
software or any plan in translation tool 2.0 including this kind of thins.
