ok, so according to the postgres docs at
http://developer.postgresql.org/pgdocs/postgres/kernel-resources.html:
The default maximum segment size is 32 MB, which is only
adequate for small PostgreSQL installations.
does anyone mind if i bump up the amount of shhmax allowed in the
kernel to say, 48MB (it's at 32MB now)?
