[Volunteer] how do ppl get registered?

Hi,

yes i have kind of abandomned the page... i have done one translation 
and i have been waiting for the translation to basque for a while, while 
also thinking of re-wording the whole page.

Now my question is... what steps does an indymedia (say a new indymedia) 
need to take to be included on that page?
