[www-features] Venezuela's feature on IndyMediaPR

I added a link to this page in the upcoming events column.  It just says
Venezuela Referendum right now.  Let me know if it should say something
different.

Status on the feature?  Is it still being held up by concerns?  Has anyone
reworked it/written another?  It needs to go up ASAP.
