entiendo la preocupacion de los compas de indymedia puerto rico.
 me meti a leer el articulo original en la pagina de imc brasil...
el titulo y la foto son enganosos.
propongo de titulo: "Venezuela, Texaco y Microsoft"
quiza la foto podria quedar.
lo otro es que donde dice en el segundo parrafo:
"ademas, el gobierno bolivariano de venezuela, a traves del ministerio de
educacion..."
propongo cambiar "gobierno bolivariano de venezuela"...
por "gobierno de venezuela"...

PERO LO QUE SI ES CLARO ES QUE LOS DOS FEATURES DEBEN SALIR AL MISMO
TIEMPO, para que asi se ofrezca un marco de informacion mas amplio. si los
dos features no pueden salir al mismo tiempo, entonces mayores cambios se
le deberian hacer al de Texaco/Microsoft (por ejemplo, el comienzo) porque
solo es enganoso.

si salen los dos juntos quiza es mejor dejar el comienzo como esta porque
al salir junto a un manifiesto popular como es el del O-12, pondria al
gobierno en mas presion. pero si va a salir solo resulta enganoso porq
hace ver como que chavez se ha desligado del pueblo, cosa que es
totalmente falsa.
creanos, herman at s de imc brasil, que a los movimientos populares aqui en
venezuela, nos interesa mucho que salga este articulo. de hecho, el
viernes yo estuve hablando en vivo en la radio nacional de venezuela (la
radio mas sintonizada del pais) e hice esta fuerte denuncia y ha generado
mucho impacto. pero no se puede caer en el juego enganoso que usan los
media previdados haciendo ver a chavez como enimigo del pueblo. chavez es
nuestro infiltrado en el estado corrupto y neoliberal... aunque desde la
ortodoxia no lo parezca.

MI PROPUESTA: QUE SALGAN AMBOS ARTICULOS JUNTOS (Y EL DE IMC BRASIL CON EL
TITULO DE "Venezuela, Texaco y Microsoft", NO UNO AHORA Y EL OTRO DENTRO
DE UNA SEMANA. SI NO PUEDEN SALIR AMBOS, VAMOS A DISCUTIR MAS A FONDO EL
ARTICULO DE TEXACO/MICROSOFT.

i understand the concern of the compas from indymedia puerto rico.
i went to imc brazil and read the original article in portuguese...
the title and the photo end up being decieving because, like corporate
media, portrays chavez as an enemy of the people...
i propose the title: "Venezuela, Texaco and Microsoft"
maybe the picture can stay...
the other thing is that in the second paragraph, where it says:
"the bolivarian government of venezuela, through th ministry of culture..."
i propose changing "bolivarian government of venezuela" with "government
of venezuela".

BUT WHAT IS CRUCIAL IS THAT BOTH FEATURES GO UP AT THE SAME TIME, so that
a broader picture is given at once. if both features can't go up at the
same time, then the texaco/microsoft article needs further changes (like
the beginning) because alone it ends up being decieving.

if they go up together at the same time, then the beginning can stay,
since if it is next a direct manifestation of the popular movements (like
the O-12 article) it will put more preasure on the government. but if the
texaco/microsoft will go up alone then it is decieving because it makes it
seem that chavez ir breaking away from the people, which is totally false.

believe us, brothers and sister of imc brazil, that as part of the popular
movements we really want this article to go up. as a matter of fact, i was
speaking live on national radio (the #1 most listened radio in venezuela)
on friday and made this strong accusation against the ministry of
education... it had a big impact. however, we are absolutely against
falling into the private media game that tries to portray chavez as an
enemy of the people. chavez is our infiltrator in a corrupt and neoliberal
State... even if from orthodoxy he doesn't seem so.

MY PROPOSAL: THAT BOTH ARTICLES GO UP TOGETHER (AND THE ONE FROM IMC
BRAZIL WITH THE TITLE "Venezuela, Texaco and Microsoft") NOT ONE ARTICLE
NOW AND THE OTHER NEXT WEEK. IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, THEN THE
TEXACO/MICROSOFT NEEDS TO BE FURTHER DISCUSSED.
