yes i have looked on protest.net

i can comment out all the regions that have no upcoming events listed.

additionally, i am tending to find this section less and less used. 
perhaps we could re-envision it?

on portland imc, we have something similar in the right hand column. 
Maybe we could scale down the one on www.indy to bring the newswire up. 
also, we could stop separating them by region and just have them by date
with a format like:

date, action, area, imc

or something of the sort.
