[www-features] PROPOSED: Conscientious objector feature (from Athens IMC)

some good people at athens imc (not me!) have put together a multilingual
feature on the case of Lazaros Petromelidis - a Greek conscientious objector
that was convicted to a 2,5 years imprisonment ten days ago. 

There is an attempt to launch an international campaign on his case so
having such a feature on global indymedia would be great. The english text
