[www-features] Global vs local relevance of features

I dont think the people that have responded to this have read it the same
way I did. I am reading it as an idea to scout feature wires across the
network and simply promote really good ones. If this is what Lara meant,
I think this is actually a really good idea.
And, adding on to that, the "features team" can scout the feature wires
and add features to the global center column, but also work on getting
together a rounded global story about anything each week, or something.
This would open it up to more collaboarative, and also feature content
from IMC's underrpresented in global. I think that is a wonderful way to
solve a few problems that we have been facing.
And I totally love the conversations! I am regularly in the #features irc
channel, so if people want to talk more about this find me there, or keep
it on this list!
