anyway, i think i have now corrected this:

the problem was that someone has been using ” instead of " as quote marks
inside the <a href=""> code. this is not recognised (maybe someone a bit
more 'techie' than myself can explain why?) and consequently all the links
come up wrong.

it was actually the same for all the links in the article - i think i have
managed to correct them all.
