[www-features] PROPOSAL: argentine workers march for expropriation law

hi,

i thought the idea was english features on this list, spanish/portuguese 
on www-editoriales - the language making the diference and not to 
locality of the article.

and since the author obviously included postings from imc-argentina: why 
make things complicated by sending it to www-editoriales where it first 
needs to translated?
