hey rao.  indymedia.org is like any other imc site, if you would like to
add information or insight to a story, feel free to post it as a comment. 
Generally we do not add to stories, especially after they have been
translated.

If you would like to be part of the www-features team, thats great, you
can add links to the stories before they are posted.  Also, you can always
feel free to propose a separate article about Puerto Rioan social
movements.  I personally feel that would be a much better approach than
just adding links to an existing feature.
