i don;t want to be fussy, but i think this needs a bit more 
internationalization
- what is the FCC? Somebody said radio police, but what does that mean? 
Censorship on the content? Tracking down illegal use of radio frenquencies?
- What kind of radio is Radio Free Santa Cruz? commercial or 
independent? legal or pirate radio? was the radio broadcasting at that time?
- what's SCIMC? Santa Cruz IMC?
- is there any idea what the warrant was for?

- and maybe replace SF and PDX by San Fransico and Portland.
