Posted the story.

I took the original from Lille IMC and made that the orighinal feature 
(this story:  http://lille.indymedia.org/article.php3?id_article=2237).  
I had to reformat some of the html, but it is pretty much verbatim.  
Then i made a new artitcle (translation) and pasted in the UK story 
which the Lille article refers to as the english translation. 

I hope that makes sense to everyone involved.
